Custom Pieces
I take on a small number of custom pieces each season in effort to give each client a deeply creative and fulfilling experience. I work one on one with you to bring your vision to life by sourcing stones based on your inspiration, design ideas and budget.
These projects take significant energy and time from both parties, so I ask that inquires be made with serious intent. A custom fee and non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 applies to all custom projects. All custom work is final sale.
Custom pieces are always a bit more expensive than my collection pieces because they require designing, creating new settings and sourcing stones. Where there are engagement rings where I can modify existing designs and come in under budget, these are not possible in most cases.

I base my custom pieces on quantity, quality, their stones, metals and complexity of your unique design. while I do have minimums in place exact pricing depends on the scope of the project.

Once I receive all the details of your desired project and the $1000.00 deposit has been paid, I will start working on your heirloom piece. Please allow 2-3 weeks to develop and if necessary, sketch out your unique one-of-a-kind piece.
I will send you multi angle renderings and full specifications for 1-2 finished pieces. Then, you pick your favorite. In this stage of the process there is still room to tweak the design and make any changes you like – please note after 3 changes you will be charged a fee.
I will source stone options (if applicable) and send detailed photos and videos. If you would like to see the stone options in person, we can set up an in-studio appointment for you.

If you are looking to incorporate sentimental family heirlooms into updated jewellery, please make an in-studio appointment for a jewellery assessment. This can be done through the contact forum. Labour charges and consultation fees apply. Starts at $1000.
I will list turnaround times for each design. Typically, its 5-6 weeks to receive the finished product from that point based on the design. Any pieces that are hand engraved have longer turnaround times. The entire process from inquiry to finished piece takes around 6-12 weeks. I can often accommodate rush times, though rush fees may apply.
